This page explains how CFI handles business contact details, project information and technical files submitted through the OilFlow English website.

1. How this website collects information
Contact, quote and SDS forms on this website submit over HTTPS to CFI's inquiry workflow. Accepted submissions create one CFI Inquiry. SDS and other accepted files are attached to the same inquiry. Confidential attachments must not be sent to a personal mailbox.
2. Information intended for production collection
After production activation, CFI may collect business contact information, company details, project requirements, material identity, SDS and technical files, packaging data, delivery requirements and other information voluntarily supplied by an authorized representative.
3. Intended business purposes
Information may be used to evaluate feasibility, contact the submitting company, create and manage one CFI Inquiry, prepare a quotation, coordinate approved technical or logistics resources, maintain project records and meet applicable contractual or legal obligations.
4. Confidential technical information and NDA
Submit only information you are authorized to share. Where formulas, trade secrets, restricted drawings or other confidential material are involved, the NDA requirement and authorized recipient must be confirmed before detailed exchange.
5. Controlled service-provider access
Some projects may require qualified laboratories, freight forwarders, packaging suppliers, manufacturing partners or recovery partners. Production procedures must limit sharing to the minimum information needed for the agreed scope and record the responsible recipient.
6. Security controls required before activation
The production workflow must use encrypted transport, role-based access, server-side validation, file-type and size controls, malware screening, audit records, idempotent submission handling and attachment linkage to the same CFI Inquiry.
7. Retention, deletion and data-subject procedures
CFI retains inquiry records and attachments as needed to evaluate, quote, fulfil or close the request, and to meet legal, accounting or dispute-related obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, write to privacy@oilflow.com.tw or call +886 4 799 3935.
